As Fun Town RV continues to grow, it remains focused on building a stronger, more consistent, customer-focused organization, Fun Town RV said in a recent release. Fun Town RV announced Jeff Neal as its new chief sales and finance officer.
In this expanded role, Neal will lead both Fun Town RV’s sales and finance organizations, reporting to CEO Jason Lippert and benefiting from Lippert’s continued mentorship and strategic guidance as Fun Town RV enters its next phase of growth.
Since joining Fun Town RV in June 2024, Neal has played a key role in transforming the finance organization, including developing and implementing a centralized F&I model. His industry experience and strategic leadership have strengthened financial performance, improved operational consistency and better supported dealership teams, the company said.
Neal will lead Fun Town RV’s sales strategy and growth initiatives across all markets, refining sales processes and accountability standards while supporting dealership leadership in driving performance and profitability. He will also lead development of the next-generation customer experience strategy, aligning people, processes, technology and training to create a seamless experience from first contact through long-term ownership.
On the finance side, Neal will continue expanding the company’s centralized F&I model, strengthening lender partnerships, underwriting capabilities, and funding efficiency. He will oversee strategy for service contracts and protection products, grow the company’s reinsurance arm, and lead the evaluation and development of a future captive finance company, one of Fun Town RV’s most significant growth initiatives.
Neal will also mentor future leaders, strengthen collaboration between dealership operations and corporate support teams and build relationships with key OEM, lender, vendor and strategic partners.
Bringing sales and finance together under a unified strategic vision will strengthen Fun Town RV’s ability to serve its customers, support its teams and capitalize on the opportunities ahead.
