Furrion Debuts Customer Support, Tech Center

Furrion, supplier of RV and marine electronics, appliances and power system products, opened a new customer service call center, warranty and tech center.

Kristin Kostrzewski, recently hired as director of customer service, has announced the transition of Furrion’s distribution center to a Customer Technical Center. 

The Technical Center will include an innovative testing center and warranty center.   Furrion’s exclusive distribution agreement with Lippert Components for OEM and aftermarket sales to the specialty vehicle and marine industry has provided the opportunity to align customer service, warranty and testing. 

“It is our goal to enhance our customer service group to meet the needs of OEM and aftermarket sales,” Kostrzewski said.  “This will include implementing an OEM field audit program working with OEMs on proper installation and troubleshooting.”

The customer service team includes Aubrey Holland as warehouse manager, Mary Kate Griffey, Al Ferrer, Mark Rand as customer service representatives, and Brody Yoder as engineering technician.
