Furrion Showcases Solutions at CES

Furrion, a global leader of innovative products and solutions for consumer, specialty vehicle and marine markets, recently unveiled Furrion Compact Living Solutions comprised of innovative products that give consumers superior quality in a sleek, compact design.

Furrion’s compact living suite of products was released at the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nev., alongside Furrion’s smart energy solutions and outdoor televisions.

Furthering its commitment to creating new growth opportunities in both the consumer and mobile lifestyle channel, Furrion has partnered with Stampede, the global leader in value-added distribution. Stampede is the exclusive North American mobile living market distribution partner of Furrion. The showcase drew large crowds of Stampede customers, AV and home appliance buyers and RV customers.

“Teaming up with Stampede marks a significant expansion of our long-term sales and market development programs,” Furrion Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Aaron Fidler said. “We have worked hard to design, engineer, and manufacture the next generation of innovative consumer products that offer new value to customers across the traditional recreational vehicle, home, hotel, and marine markets. Stampede’s business development team and reseller network will help to take these new products to the broadest range of markets and grow our consumer business.”

Studies show in recent years, compact living is on the rise, whether through the tiny home trend or in metropolitan areas where smaller spaces are preferred. Consumers still desire the features and sophisticated design options that they would have in a full-sized kitchen.

Building off its success with kitchen suites for recreation vehicles, Furrion’s new compact living solutions give consumers the best of both worlds – the quality and features they demand packed in a space-saving modern design. Furrion’s compact appliances include a 15.3-cubic-foot four-door stainless French door refrigerator, 18-inch built-in dishwasher, 24-inch gas range and 24-inch over the range microwave.

“We recognize this growing trend and because of our success in designing sleek, compact kitchens for the RV industry, we are in a unique position to take that knowledge and apply it to the consumer market,” said Fidler. “Joining with Stampede at this show opens new doors to growing this category and gave us valuable feedback from the market. We look forward to continuing this momentum in a few weeks as we bring this new line to the 2020 Kitchen and Bath Show.”

Furrion energy products were also on display, including the Furrion eRove 1.3-cubic-foot cooler, which is designed to enable consumers to keep food cold for extended periods of time. Furrion’s ePod battery and charging station work with the Furrion eRove to keeps food cold for up to seven days on a single charge. These products are perfect for any off the grid adventure as well as the backyard barbeque.

Furrion’s Aurora LED outdoor television line was on display consisting of a 65-inch 4K Full Shade and 65-inch 4K Partial Sun 4K models that deliver perfect screen resolution thanks to their, respectively, 350-nit and 700-nit anti-glare LCD screen and ambient light sensor with auto-brightness control. These sets are weatherproof with an IP54 rating and built with an aluminum metal casing that protects the TV from rain, dust, snow, salt, air, humidity, and even insects. Also included in the Aurora line-up are universal outdoor fixed tilt and full-motion TV mounts, outdoor soundbar 2.0, and outdoor soundbar 2.1 with subwoofer models that are designed to withstand extreme environments and deliver outstanding audio quality.

The end of 2019 was an exciting one for the Furrion design and product team. Many new releases are being finalized and Furrion has big plans for the first quarter. In addition to attending KBIS, Furrion will be unveiling new products for both the RV and consumer market this Spring as the new showroom at Furrion’s Innovation Center and Institute of Technology (ICIT).

“It’s a new decade, and we are continuing to push the envelope of innovation and technology,” said Fidler. “We are creating products and experiences that are nothing short of the best and are excited to share that with our customers in the coming months.”
