General RV Names Former Lazydays Executive to Corporate Sales Role
Amber Dillard, former chief operations officer at Lazydays RV, has joined General RV Center as a sales director within the Corporate Sales team. Dillard will play a key role helping shape strategic sales and market share initiatives for the nation’s largest family-owned RV dealership, General RV said in a release.
For the past 13 years, Dillard has overseen teams in accounting, supply chain, vehicle purchasing, inventory management and dealership operations. In 2017, she was part of the RVIA’s 40 Under 40 Award inaugural class.
“Amber’s broad range of experience in both the operational and financial side of the RV industry gives her a unique perspective and skill set that is a perfect complement to help us achieve our goals moving forward,” said General RV Center President Chris Davis.
Prior to her experience in the RV industry, she worked in public and nonprofit accounting with a focus on Internal Audit. Dillard holds degrees in Accounting from Florida State University (Tallahassee) and University of South Florida (Tampa). She will be based out of General RV’s Dover Supercenter on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

“General RV has an incredible foundation built on family values, industry leadership and a clear vision for growth. I’m excited to join a team that’s laser-focused on elevating the customer experience and expanding our market presence nationwide. I look forward to helping drive that momentum and building on the success already underway,” said Dillard, who started with General RV on Dec. 9.
General RV Center owns and operates 23 supercenters across 10 states (Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah and Virginia). Each dealership provides sales, service, parts and finance options for RVers. In 2025, General RV purchased three Lazydays dealerships in Longmont, Colorado; Mesa, Arizona; and Fort Pierce, Florida.
