Genesis Products, a manufacturer of RV interior components, announced the appointment of Joel Eberlein as vice president, RV product. With more than two decades of experience in manufacturing, product development and strategic leadership, Eberlein brings a forward-thinking approach that will help Genesis stay ahead of industry trends and continue delivering innovative solutions to its partners and customers, the company said in a release.
Eberlein has a proven track record of driving growth and transformation across the RV and transportation industries. Prior to joining Genesis, he held key leadership roles at Heartland RV and Winnebago, where he led product line expansions, streamlined operations and built strong industry partnerships. His hands-on leadership style and deep industry insight make him uniquely positioned to guide the Genesis RV product division into its next chapter of excellence.

In his new role, Eberlein will be responsible for the growth and strategic development of composite components, decorative surfaces and countertop product lines for Genesis.
