Livingston, Texas-based Go RV Rentals, an online site where consumers can locate RV rentals nearby, says that in its most recent rental rate study, which targets 10 markets representing different geographic regions of the country, the average daily rate across all types of RVs and motorhomes was $165, which was unchanged from six months ago.
The study is based on online research and includes Class A, B and C drivable RVs and motorhomes, as well as all types of towables.
Rates ranged from an average of $80 for a pop-up camper to $252 for a class A motorhome. The mid-range travel trailer and Class C motorhome averaged $110 and $201, respectively. Within the sample, the lowest daily rate recorded was $50 for a pop-up camper and the highest daily rate recorded was $650 for a Class A motorhome.
The report also found lower RV rental rates currently in Phoenix; Orlando, Fla.; and Seattle, relative to other markets.
