Grand Design said it is excited to be expanding into Elkhart, Ind., with a new facility, and that its campus growth impacts far more than RV production.
Supporting the county’s infrastructure goals and employment opportunities, the expansion into Elkhart exemplifies economic progress and reaffirms the area’s foothold as the “RV capital of the world,” the company said.
Indiana Congresswoman Jackie Walorski will give a keynote address and Grand Design’s President and CEO Don Clark will speak to the exciting opportunities the expansion offers the company and its owner community. The company’s two area partners, Nuway and DJ Construction, who are continuing to support the company’s growth in Middlebury as well as on County Road 17 in Elkhart, will also be recognized during the celebration.
The company will be hosting an Expansion Celebration starting at 9 a.m. this Thursday, May 5, at Grand Design’s new facility in Elkhart at 5200 Hoffman St. Product tours and a light brunch will be offered. A ribbon cutting ceremony will follow the brief program.
