Grand Design Continues to Make Digital a Priority
Middlebury, Ind-based RV manufacturer Grand Design recently announced two new initiatives that will expand on the company’s digital transformation efforts to dealers and customers. This summer, the company launched its new GDRV4Life Marketplace app to owners and its GDRV4Dealers app resource to its dealer base.
The GDRV4Life Marketplace is a free service for Grand Design owners to post ads for all types of camping-related items. It was developed in response to owners looking for outlets to sell their lightly used items to other Grand Design Family members.
Additionally, GDRV4Dealers is a new platform that enables Grand Design dealer sales professionals to have the tools necessary to sell Grand Design products at their fingertips. The new app allows dealers to track sales, download sales tools and stay up to date on company news. The new Academy portion of the app will develop into the central digital and interactive training hub for all Grand Design RV brands.
“We always strive to get important information to our Grand Design Family in the fastest and most efficient way,” said Tommy Hall, director of marketing. “This past year has taught and presented us with the opportunity to take the lead and drive more of our customer outreach and dealer relations in a digital way. We have many exciting projects on the horizon, and these two platforms are just the start of where we want to go.”
