Grand Design RV has been recognized by the RV Dealer’s Association (RVDA) with a Quality Circle Award for achieving the highest scores in the association’s 29th annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.
Grand Design has received this award for ten consecutive years across all its brands and said it celebrates this unprecedented achievement.
“Grand Design RV is the only manufacturer to have won this award for 10 consecutive years across all of our brands including Solitude, Momentum, Reflection, Imagine and Transcend,” said Don Clark, Grand Design RV president. “We are honored to be recognized as a top-rated manufacturer and for our superior service and commitment to RV dealers and customers.”
Each year, RVDA bestows this award to RV manufacturers that achieve the highest rating in the DSI Survey. The survey measures dealers’ overall satisfaction with manufacturers with whom they do business on four core issues: reliability/quality, parts, warranty and sales. The recognized brands and manufacturers received at least fifteen dealer responses and scored 4.25 or above on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction in the association’s survey, which was conducted June through September 2023. More than 470 dealerships in the U.S. and Canada participated in this year’s survey.
