Greer Joins Way Interglobal Network as VP of Ops

Way Interglobal Network, a supplier of proprietary brands such as Everchill refrigerators, Greystone fireplaces and appliances, has hired Chris Greer as the VP of operations. Greer, who was most recently general manager of Driven Innovations, is an RV executive with more than 20 years of product development innovation, and operational management experience.

“Given the demand for our innovative products, our first investment priority was to find someone with both a long track record and the operational experience to manage and optimize our operations as we strive for 100-percent, on-time delivery to our customers,” said Wayne Kaylor, Way Interglobal’s CEO. “Chris has that depth of experience and brings a customer’s perspective also. As a bonus he has significant product innovation, development, quality management, and testing experience to support our ongoing investment in superior and innovative product development.”

“I’ve known Wayne for over 20 years and have worked with Way Interglobal for over 10 years,” said Greer. “The company has clearly demonstrated an ability to develop innovative products and deliver them reliably to the market. I see many opportunities to help the company accelerate growth by optimizing operations, and I have a few transformative ideas I bring to the party. I’m excited to build on the company’s exceptional track record of success and innovation.”

Prior to Driven Innovations, Greer held significant leadership roles with Lippert Components, including general manager of the most profitable division; director of product development, and director of sales for Motorized Electronics. He started his career at Jayco RV, rising to director of engineering for all motorized and towable products. Greer holds a bachelor’s in science in engineering from Indiana State University, holds several patents on RV electronics and awnings, and is a previous member of the RV Industry Association’s electrical technical subcommittee.
