Gulf Stream Coach To Unveil Leadership, Product Initiatives During Innovation Week
This week, Gulf Stream Coach kicks off Innovation Week, a series of milestone events that will include some of the most consequential announcements in the company’s 55-year history, Gulf Stream Coach said in a recent release. Throughout the week, Gulf Stream will welcome dealers, customers, suppliers, industry partners and media to its headquarters for exclusive product previews, leadership announcements and customer events showcasing the future of the company.
Dealers from across North America will gather beginning Tuesday for Gulf Stream’s Innovation Lab, an exclusive Open House preview featuring more than 30 prototype RVs with never-before-seen floorplans, technologies and customer-requested innovations. Representing Gulf Stream’s largest concentration of new product development in recent years, the prototypes reflect months of collaboration between the company’s engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams, the company said. Dealers will receive an exclusive preview of Gulf Stream’s upcoming model year products weeks before their public introduction during the annual Elkhart Open House season.
Dealers can tour the units at their leisure inside Gulf Stream’s climate-controlled showroom, while suppliers and other industry partners will also have opportunities to visit. Complimentary meals will be available from noon to 3 p.m.
The week’s biggest announcements will take place on Wednesday, July 22, when media are invited to attend a series of events from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Gulf Stream Coach President Phil Sarvari will address attendees and outline the company’s vision for the future before several announcements are made regarding the next generation of family leadership, Gulf Stream Coach said.
Among the highlights will be the promotion of Regan Shea and Saylor Shea, grandchildren of company founder Jim Shea Sr., to expanded leadership roles within the company. This announcement represents a significant milestone in the company’s history and reinforces its long-term commitment to remaining family-owned and family-operated.

Industry media will have the first opportunity to interview Gulf Stream leadership immediately following the announcements. Media will also have opportunities throughout the week to interview company executives, product managers, dealers, suppliers and customers.
Also taking place during Innovation Week is the Vintage & Vista Cruiser Rally ’26, bringing together nearly 100 owners from across the United States and Canada for several days of camping, factory tours, educational sessions, entertainment and community at Gulf Stream Country Club in Nappanee. With dozens of colorful vintage-inspired travel trailers gathered in one location, the rally offers outstanding opportunities for photography, video and interviews with passionate Gulf Stream owners who have built lasting friendships through their shared love of RV travel, the company said.
Gulf Stream Coach product managers will be available throughout the event to discuss the company’s newest products, answer questions and provide insight into the design and development of Gulf Stream RVs.
The Vintage & Vista Cruiser Rally runs July 20-24 at 753 S. Oakland Ave., Nappanee, IN 46550.
