Heartland Promotes Kyle Miller to National Sales Director

Heartland RVs announced the promotion of Kyle Miller to the role of national sales director for Heartland RV, Cruiser RV and DRV Luxury Suites. For nearly two decades, Miller has served all three brands, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to building relationships with dealers and delivering exceptional customer experiences, the company said in a release.

He first joined DRV in 2006 as a trainee, where he quickly demonstrated an aptitude for sales and dealer relations. In 2008, he moved up to regional sales representative, and in 2012, he rose to general sales manager. By 2016, he’d climbed to director of sales across both Cruiser RV and DRV. Now, as national sales director, he plans to prioritize transparency, consistency and dealer satisfaction across all elements of the business to help Heartland’s brands continue to grow and evolve.

“My goal is to provide our dealers with positive experiences, help support our sales staff and maintain the momentum we’ve gained at this year’s Open House,” said Miller. “We have a strong sales team in place, and I look forward to supporting their vision as we approach 2025 and the show season.”

As a veteran of the RV industry and a devotee to Heartland companies, Miller has a deep understanding of what each Heartland brand stands for and how to serve the needs of different dealers and audiences. “We had great dealer feedback from Open House this year,” Miller said. “I’m excited to connect with our network of dealers, ensure the best service possible, and support our internal teams as we continue to debut exciting new RVs across our family of companies.”
