After nine weeks, Heartland RV’s team of plant managers, assistant plant managers, and group leaders successfully completed Heartland RV’s first Foundational Leadership Coaching.
In addition to leadership, the focal point of the event was shared between other values such as appreciation and teamwork.
Heartland reports that the team developed building blocks to successfully lead others around them and communicate effectively to other members on their own individual teams.
