Horizon Global Corp. has announced the promotion of Jay Goldbaum to the company’s general counsel.
In the general counsel role, Goldbaum is responsible for leading the company’s global corporate development function, and will continue to lead the company’s legal and compliance functions. He most recently served as Horizon Global’s legal director and, prior to joining Horizon Global, Goldbaum served as associate general counsel of commercial law for TriMas Corp.

Goldbaum earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his juris doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing.
