ICON Technologies Remains Open for Business
ICON Technologies, manufacturer and marketer of plastic components for RVs, is managing to maintain its operations through the global COVID-19 epidemic.
Centrally located in Manitoba, Canada, ICON is in a jurisdiction that to this point has been spared the brunt of the pandemic, according to the company.
“We’ve been closely monitoring the community health situation and keeping in close contact with our OEM and aftermarket distribution partners,” said Harv Giesbrecht, ICON business development manager. “Our first priority is to ensure the safety of our staff, community, and business partners. We’ve adopted recommended protocols for sanitation and social distancing within our facility and have limited access to our buildings as well as travel outside of them for business. Our staff has been very diligent in following these routines and we have managed to maintain a positive atmosphere despite the stress of the current situation.”
With many public institutions closing and the daily routines of life disrupted, ICON has been able to maintain regular customer service hours online and by phone. Its customer service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT on Saturday.
Inventory on all parts is still available with daily shipments distributing orders across the U.S. and Canada.
