Infinity Woven Products recently expanded its sales team with localized internal sales representatives. This expansion will allow the Dalton, Georgia-based woven flooring company to provide expedited engagement and personalized service to its customers in the marine, RV and other industries it serves.
“Infinity Woven Products is always looking for ways to provide our customers with the best service,” said Warren J McCrickard, Infinity’s VP of corporate sales. “By expanding our sales team, we’ll be able to meet with our customers on a regular basis to discuss any questions they may have about our products. But most importantly, we’ll be able to respond to their needs more quickly to ensure our products and offerings continue to exceed their expectations.”
With the expansion of its sales team come a slew of changes and promotions for Infinity. Dylan Honeycutt has been promoted to business unit manager, and Chris Folan, formerly the Southeast OEM sales representative, is now director of sales. Additionally, Tony Ward has joined the company as the Southeast sales representative and Kipp Usher as Midwest sales representative.

He will oversee sales in all capacities and industries.
- Ward is transitioning from Infinity’s parent company, Twitchell Technical Products, to Infinity to further support its southeastern partners from the Dalton office. Ward’s firsthand knowledge of the Infinity/Twitchell Product portfolios will enable him to identify unique solutions within the company’s partners and prospects.
- Usher joins the Infinity team coming from ITC, Inc., and was responsible for managing the OEM relationships within the U.S. He has been working directly with many of Infinity’s customers, including OEM partners and prospects, over the past years and will be an immediate asset to the sales team. He will play an instrumental role in developing Infinity’s RV initiatives through his ability to engage key stakeholders and seek out creative solutions for partners. Usher will be based out of Michigan.
- Longtime Infinity OEM Marine Sales Representative David Anderson will also remain an integral part of the company, transitioning to a greater role servicing new markets throughout Infinity’s family of companies under the Twitchell banner.
- Additionally, McCrickard will be taking on a larger corporate marketing and business development role at Twitchell. McCrickard joined Infinity in 2014 overseeing a company rebrand and market expansion. He transitioned into a corporate sales role in 2016 where he continued the execution of sales, marketing and design efforts across all platforms and industries.
“Providing our customers with unparalleled customer service and the highest-quality, most durable products in the industry is our top priority,” said Honeycutt. “With these changes, we can better focus on the customer experience and ensure our customers continue to receive the care and attention they’ve come to expect from Infinity Woven Products.”
