inTech announced that its Flyer, Luna, Sol and Aucta models have been awarded the Quality Circle Award by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA). This recognition, based on dealer responses to RVDA’s 30th Annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, is a testament to the strength of inTech’s partnerships and commitment to quality, the company said in a release.
The DSI survey measures dealer perspectives on key aspects of their relationships with manufacturers, assessing policies, product satisfaction and procedures. “The insights gained through this survey are invaluable in fostering a productive, cooperative environment that helps us continuously elevate our product and service standards,” inTech said.

The Quality Circle Awards were presented at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo Nov. 12 in Las Vegas, during the Spotlight on Excellence Luncheon.
