inTech RV has recently begun the expansion of its new 42,000-square-foot manufacturing facility by adding a 6,700-square-foot mezzanine. The additional space will enable inTech to take advantage of the buildings height and create additional space which will be utilized for cabinet production and other miscellaneous manufacturing needs.
The installation of the custom mezzanine is not disrupting the current manufacturing flow of the Luna or Flyer lines.
“We were overwhelmed at the success of the Luna teardrop trailer and continued success of the Flyer line,” said Rich Schnippel, director of RV operations. “The expansion was necessary not only to increase production, but to create the most efficient manufacturing environment possible.”
The building was completed during the summer of 2017 with the intentions or being able to add a large mezzanine.
“Our immediate need for the expansion came as a bit of a surprise,” said Schnippel, “but that’s really a good problem to have.”
