Intellitec Products, a manufacturer of electrical controls, recently implemented a new quality management system and is now ISO:9001:2015 certified. The new system focuses on meeting or exceeding customer requirements for performance and delivery, continuous improvement, and management commitment and involvement.
“We have an experienced and skilled work force that has built first class products for decades,” said Ned Schiff, president of Intellitec. “The goal of our new system is to ensure we have robust processes to continue to improve our quality and efficiency.
“Many companies view their quality system as a necessary evil or a required box that has to be checked,” he said. “At Intellitec, we believe quality is a strategic asset that brings value to our customers and differentiates us from our competitors.”
