Jayco held its 2026 Dealer Homecoming Event Aug. 9-11 in Las Vegas at the Venetian Resort Convention & Expo Center. The annual homecoming festivities provide an opportunity for approximately 500 Jayco dealers and personnel to see the new 2027 models, spend time with friends and celebrate accomplishments, Jayco said in a release.
The event kicked off with a welcome reception on Sunday evening. Those in attendance were treated to cocktails, appetizers, music from a Jazz Quartet and a Hat Bar to bring home a custom Jayco souvenir to remember the occasion.
The theme for this year’s homecoming was ‘Your Best Partner,’ which was prevalent in the general session message on Monday. The morning kicked off with marketing updates from Trey Miller, Jayco’s VP of marketing. It included an introduction of Jayco’s marketing team, key accomplishments, investments in new tools and technology and the announcement of the 2027 Jayco Dealer Trip location – Athens and Santorini, Greece.
The presentation continued with Nic Martin, VP of sales, providing in-depth sales and product information highlighting the company’s advanced business intelligence tools. New models for both motorized and towables were a highlight, along with the introduction of the Sales leadership teams and market performance information.
The general session concluded with the keynote presentation from Jayco’s president and CEO, Ken Walters. Walters focused on the key initiatives of people, quality and retail focused dealer relationships, which each tied back to the events theme.
“We are continuously focused on being our dealer’s best partner,” stated Walters. “This year’s homecoming allowed us the opportunity to showcase the investments we have made in technology, business intelligence and product innovation. While we make investments for the future, we never lose sight of what is most important right now, which is people, quality and retail focused dealer relations,” Walters added.
At the conclusion of the general session a large cake was wheeled out to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Jay Flight model. With nearly 400,000 units produced, the Jay Flight is one of the top selling brands in recreational vehicle history. This includes fifteen consecutive years of being the No. 1 selling trailer, Jayco said. Jayco mascot ‘J Jay’ was on hand to blow out the candles.
Monday continued with sales conferences in the 160,000-square-foot product display, featuring nearly 70 new 2027 model year towable and motorized units. Various content creators representing dealerships, as well as independent third parties, produced videos throughout the event capturing the latest models and learning the key new updates from the product directors, interior designers and the various others in attendance from Jayco.
Tuesday began with sales conferences, along with media and finance companies available to meet with dealers. The evening concluded with the annual Awards Dinner & Gala hosted by Trey Miller, with Brad Whitehead, GM of towables, and Ryan Eash, GM of motorized, assisting in the presentation of awards. The annual Customer Service Index (CSI) awards were presented for the highest towable and motorized net promoter scores in the areas of sales and service as tracked by Qualtrics, with a minimum number of surveys submitted, Jayco said.

Whose professional operations have brought credit to Jayco and the RV industry and which embodies the spirit of the founders of Jayco, the company said.
