Jayco Recaps 2025 Dealer Homecoming in Texas
Jayco held its 2025 Dealer Homecoming Event on Aug. 17-20 in Grapevine, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The annual event was held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.
The Homecoming festivities provide an opportunity for nearly 500 Jayco dealers and personnel to see the new 2026 models, spend time with old friends and celebrate accomplishments.
The event kicked off with a country themed reception on Sunday evening. Those in attendance were treated to cocktails, heavy appetizers, music from the Wynn Williams Duo and a Branding Station to bring home a custom Jayco souvenir to remember the occasion.
The theme for this year’s Homecoming was “Experience the Difference,” which was prevalent in the general session message on Monday. The morning kicked off with marketing updates from Trey Miller, Jayco’s vice president of marketing. It included an introduction of Jayco’s marketing team, key accomplishments, the brand’s campaign and the announcement of the 2026 Jayco Dealer Trip location — Hawaii.
The presentation continued with Nic Martin, vice president of sales, providing in-depth sales and product information highlighting the company’s next generation business intelligence tools. New models for both motorized and towables were a highlight, along with the introduction of the sales leadership teams and market performance information. Martin also announced the next generation of RV innovation on display at the event — the Embark electric motorhome with range extended power.

The general session concluded with the keynote presentation from Jayco’s President and CEO Ken Walters. Walters focused on the key initiatives of People, Quality and Retail-Focused Dealer Relationships. An underlying message of “Better, Not Different” was prevalent throughout the session, which featured key metrics in the areas where the company continues to raise the bar and increase market share in all segments.
“We are continuously focusing on being better, not different,” said Walters. “We put our energy into what truly matters to our team, to our dealers and to the retail buyers. This years’ Homecoming has allowed us the opportunity to show our dealer partners those areas where we continue to concentrate our efforts to excel.”
Monday continued with sales conferences in the product display, which featured nearly 70 new 2026 model year towable and motorized units. Thirteen Content Creators representing dealerships, as well as independent third parties, produced videos throughout the event capturing the latest models and learning the key new updates from the product directors, interior designers and the various others in attendance from Jayco.

Tuesday began with sales conferences, along with media and finance companies available to meet with dealers. The evening concluded with the annual Awards Dinner & Gala hosted by Miller, with Brad Whitehead, general manager of towables, and Ryan Eash, general manager of motorized, assisting in the presentation of awards.
