K-Z was recently awarded the 2017 RVDA Quality Circle Award. The announcement was communicated by Phil Ingrassia, president of the National RV Dealers Association.
“I am pleased to witness our current and new dealer partners recognize that K-Z is growing and getting stronger, while we continue to maintain our core values of quality, fairness, courtesy and integrity,” said Aram Koltookian, K-Z president.
The official announcement was made at the inaugural RV Industry Awards Celebration, held during this year’s National RV Trade Show, held in Louisville, Ky.
“The best part of this recognition,” said Koltookian, “is that we at K-Z know we have even more to offer in the way of innovation, quality improvements and customer service. Dealers grade manufacturers in many categories, but reliability, quality, parts and warranty are what matters most to our end users. That’s what keeps K-Z customers happy and returning to K-Z.”
“Receiving the Quality Circle Award and continuing to be regarded so highly by our dealer body is quite an honor,” said Marlene Snyder, K-Z VP of sales and marketing. “This is the 17th year K-Z has been chosen to receive this award. K-Z has earned more continuous years of towable Quality Circle Awards than any other towable manufacturer.
