Marketing expert and Kenect’s CMO Graham Anderson will present two hour-long workshops in the social media/eMarketing/BDC education track at the 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Anderson, one of fifteen new convention speakers, helps RV dealerships across the country to manage and generate thousands of online reviews.
Anderson’s first workshop “The Reason Why Your Google Reviews Are Making or Breaking Your Dealership,” begins at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13. According to Harvard Business School, a one-star increase in a business’s rating could mean up to a 5- to 9-percent increase in revenue. Anderson will teach attendees how negative reviews and low volume of reviews impact business, effective practices for generating five-star reviews, and how a dealership will benefit from high online ratings.
His next workshop, “How Are Dealerships Communicating in 2020?,” takes place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. Anderson will explain how to capitalize on communication tools that their customers are already consuming. Attendees of this educational session will learn how to effectively reach their customers on the most current communication tools, methods to capture more inbound leads through social media platforms and texting, and how to get more and faster responses.
