Keystone Launches IGNITE Training Platform

Goshen, Ind.-based Keystone RV is launching a new sales training, motivation and recognition program called Keystone IGNITE Sales. Developed exclusively for Keystone’s dealer partners, the Keystone IGNITE Sales mobile app was designed to support front-line sales professionals by putting in-depth training and comprehensive product information at their fingertips. The platform is designed to complement the Keystone sales team’s on-site training and features learning paths, videos, quizzes and certifications for each of the company’s brands. The app also features one-touch access to top features and benefits for every Keystone model and a new product finder that will allow salespeople to input product features their prospect is looking for and instantly identify Keystone models they carry that meet those criteria.

“Our dealers are the lifeblood of our business and we are incredibly focused on offering world-class tools and resources to support them. Earlier this year, Keystone introduced a new video asset library and a new POP print-on-demand program in partnership with FedEx Office, but the Keystone IGNITE Sales portal is the biggest dealer-focused initiative the company has ever undertaken,” said Christy Spencer, marketing and communications director. “This was Matt Zimmerman’s vision and I think it’s turning out even better than we imagined. The program and the data that drives it represents a lot of hard work and support from (the) team at Keystone and our development partner, The ZaneRay Group.”

The Keystone IGNITE Sales portal will be available as a smartphone app as well as via desktop and tablet. The program will be rolled out regionally over the next two months.
