Keystone Relaunches 2026 Montana & Montana High Country

Keystone RV Rebuilds a Legend: The 2026 Montana and Montana High Country

Keystone RV unveiled the 2026 Montana and Montana High Country, marking one of the most significant reinvestments in the brand’s more-than-25-year history. Shaped by decades of real-world ownership and travel, the relaunch reflects a platform proven by the people who put real miles on their Montana fifth wheels, the company said.

Rather than a cosmetic refresh, Keystone approached the 2026 Montana lineup as a ground-up evolution.

When you set out to change the game, everything has to change with it,” said Matt Christensen, general manager at Keystone RV. “To deliver the 5-year structural warranty — and the stability and performance the new 2026 Montana demanded — we started with an all-new chassis. That chassis required a new frame flipper, and Keystone is the first in the industry to use this method. No twisting. No torquing.”

The Montana Big 5

At the core of both Montana and Montana High Country is the Montana Big 5 — five pillars designed to elevate the real-world ownership experience:

  • Better Warranty: Industry-leading 5-year structural coverage
  • Better Ride: Curt Touring Coil Suspension reduces road shock by up to 50%, paired with a Curt Helux Pin Box that reduces frame force by up to 30%
  • Better Storage: A dual-direction, full pass-through tray accessible from both sides of the RV, dual rear trays, plus concealed pull-out drawers and adjustable shelving- delivering exceptional flexibility, organization and ease of access.
  • Better Master Suite: A spacious bedroom paired with a large, spa-inspired bathroom. The suite includes a king bed, 40-inch TV, fireplace, laundry hamper, jewelry box and in-room safe, while the oversized bathroom features an expansive L-shaped vanity, linen closet and window — delivering comfort, storage and everyday livability.
  • Better Experience: Redesigned convenience center with water manifold, power dump valves, water filtration, frame-built power cord reel and dual 40-pound propane bottles standard

Montana and Montana High Country share the same foundation — engineered for stability, durability and long-haul performance — while each maintains its own identity and customer appeal, Keystone said.

“Every decision was driven by how our owners actually use their RVs,” said Nick Ebenroth, product manager. “From ride quality to storage access to long-term durability, Montana and High Country were engineered to perform under real miles, real weight, and real use.”

“Montana didn’t earn its reputation in a showroom,” said Jeff Runels, president of Keystone. “It earned it mile after mile through owners who depend on them to perform. That real-world use continues to shape what Montana becomes next.”
