Keystone RV Earns RVDA DSI Quality Awards
Keystone RV Company announced it has once again been recognized for excellence in product quality and dealer relations, earning 2025 RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Quality Awards for its Alpine, Cougar, Hideout and Retreat brands. In addition, Bullet and Sprout received honorable mentions, underscoring Keystone’s continued focus on innovation and reliability across its portfolio, the company said in a release.
The DSI Quality Award is based on results from an annual survey of RV dealers throughout North America, measuring manufacturers on product quality, parts support, warranty and overall relationship strength. Brands earning the award represent the highest levels of dealer satisfaction in the industry.
“We’re honored to have multiple Keystone brands recognized by our dealer partners,” said Jeff Runels, president and CEO of Keystone RV Company. “These awards reflect the strength of our relationships and the dedication of our teams who deliver products and support that our dealers can stand behind. These honors, spanning multiple product segments, reinforce our dedication to delivering excellence across our entire lineup.”
This recognition highlights Keystone RV’s continued progress in building durable, dependable and adventure-ready towables that meet the needs of today’s RVers, the company said. Through strong collaboration with its dealer network, Keystone remains focused on delivering products and service that uphold its promise to be Proven in the Wild.
“The DSI Awards are especially meaningful because they come directly from dealer feedback,” added Runels. “Our dealers are the connection between Keystone and our owners, and their confidence in our brands is what drives us to keep improving.”
