Keystone RV Promotes Several People

As Keystone RV enters the new decade, it has strategically realigned its sales organization.

“There is no question that industry and consumers are evolving,” said Jeff Runels, president and CEO. “There are opportunities and challenges that simply didn’t exist five years ago. Keystone’s depth and breadth provide us with the ability to super-serve our dealer partners and owners in a way that our smaller competitors simply cannot. Today, we’re putting a structure in place that will drive growth for the next 25 years and beyond.”

Josh Miller, Keystone’s new VP of sales, said the change reduces barriers and empowers product managers to move quickly and decisively.

“Without question, we have the best product development talent in the industry,” said Miller. “From the beginning, the company’s philosophy from has been to provide a great deal of autonomy to the team members that are closest to the customer. With this move, I believe we are strengthening our product managers’ ability to deliver exceptional products.”

A Purdue University graduate, Miller brings 14 years of diversified sales experience at Keystone to his new role.

Matt Christensen and Jeff Wagner have been promoted to general manager, joining Jason Gill in that role. This senior leadership team will intensify focus on stand-apart innovation and services, including research and development, material and technology leadership, and an evolved marketing engine.

Christensen is an 18-year industry veteran. With 10 years of retail experience, he has a strong dealership perspective and boots-on-the-ground experience with customers. At Keystone, Christensen introduced Hideout’s single-axle models and led Cougar to the brand’s best retail performance in its 22-year history.

Wagner has been in the industry for 17 years, working in all segments from travel trailers to luxury fifth wheels. Wagner most recently oversaw the rapidly expanding Alpine, Avalanche and Laredo brands at Keystone. His focus is nurturing both customer and internal relationships and he is excited to have the opportunity develop the industry’s future leaders in his new role.

Before his 12-year career at Keystone, Gill spent 16 years on the supplier side of the RV business. This experience provides Gill with a unique perspective on product development and has contributed to some of Keystone’s most successful product innovation cycles, including work with the company’s Hideout and Montana brands, according to the company.
