With evolving digital technology and the changing needs of today’s tech-savvy RVers in mind, KING said it has developed two new cellular-boosting products it said will make connecting to the internet easier and faster than ever. The company introduces the KING Extend Pro Premium Cellular Booster and the KING Extend Go Multi-Use Portable Cellular Booster.
The KING Extend Pro is an antenna kit that features what the company described as its most powerful signal amplifier to date and was designed specifically to improve connectivity for RV consumers.
“The easy-to-install roof or ladder-mounted exterior antenna works to significantly boost your voice and data connection speeds while parked or in-motion,” the company said. “Unlike other competitive products, the KING Extend Pro works with all cell phones and data hot spots, with no additional fees or expensive data plans. It supports all U.S. carriers.”
The KING Extend Go Multi-Use Portable Cellular Booster is “truly a first-of-its-kind product,” according to its maker.
“We designed this product to appeal to our core RV market, but it will also have great crossover acceptance with all outdoor recreation consumers,” said Craig Miller, president of KING. The kit includes the same amplifier used with the Extend Pro but features two sets of vehicle antennas and multiple mounting options. Consumers can boost cell signal with the automotive antenna set in their tow vehicle on the way to their destination, and then move the amplifier to connect to a second set of antennas provided for use on their trailer.
“Just like the Extend Pro kit, the Extend Go works with all U.S. cellular providers, and boost signals for any cell phone or hotspot device, supporting multiple users simultaneously with no additional monthly fees,” KING said.
