KING Unveils Newest Roof-Mounted Satellite Antenna
At the RVDA Convention Expo in Las Vegas this week, KING debuted a new roof-mounted satellite that it said will provide RVers with the same level of satellite connectivity on the road that they enjoy at home. The KING Phoenix Automatic Roof-mounted Satellite Antenna System is the latest addition to the company’s line of satellite products
The antenna offers RV consumers a push-button controller, access to full 4K HD programming simultaneously on multiple satellites, and what the company called an industry leading two-year parts and two-year labor warranty. The roof-mounted antenna is capable of powering multiple residential-style satellite receiver/DVR units inside the RV. It is also the lightest weight antenna in class, KING said, allowing for greater ease of installation. The residential-style reflector improves satellite signal strength, virtually eliminating rain fade issues, and features a stowed height of just eight inches.
“The KING Phoenix creates a new competitive offering in this space and will ultimately add to the overall sales volume of mobile satellite antennas,” said Tom Dewaard, vice president of sales and marketing. “KING is very excited to display this new KING innovation at RVDA. We believe customers will appreciate the robust design, ease of operation, best in class signal strength, and most of all, the ability to create an at-home entertainment experience wherever they go,” Dewaard said. “We are thrilled to showcase the KING Phoenix at RVDA, where it will be seen by our OEM partners, industry professionals, distributors, and dealers alike.”
