KPA will hold professional HR advice appointments on Wednesday, March 13, and Thursday, March 14, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. PT in the RV Dealers Association’s Dealer Lounge at RVX. In addition, KPA’s Kelly Pinkerton will present “HR Basics” at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, and at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13.
Professional HR advice appointments will be held by a KPA representative with expertise ranging from employment law to effective on-boarding of new employees. All appointments are both confidential and complimentary.

Dealers that attend either of Pinkerton’s seminars will learn about the latest HR trends that can positively affect their business and people, the most up-to-date regulatory changes that could have repercussions for their organization and how an employment brand attracts top talent.
Daily 45-minute dealer education sessions will be hosted by the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, and will focus on key management, sales and marketing topics. These sessions will occur every morning during the three-day event.
All sessions will be repeated so dealers have flexibility to plan their schedules. In addition to the education being offered at RVX by the RV Learning Center, dealers will be able to network and relax at the RVDA dealer lounge inside the Salt Palace Convention Center, giving dealers an opportunity to learn more about RVDA and RV Learning Center programs.
