Jim Radogna will host “The FTC Strikes Again – And This Time Its A Game Changer” from 12-1 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 3. The FTC’s claims will be examined, in detail. Radogna will discuss the best practices on how dealerships can avoid being targeted by federal and state regulators.

Radogna became a member of KPA in 2014 for which he is the senior sales and finance compliance specialist. He has spent over 15 years in dealership management with diversified roles including sales manager, F&I director, general manager, and training director.

Last September, the FTC launched what turned out to be the most substantial auto dealer enforcement action in the agency’s history. While most of the FTC’s earlier cases have focused solely on dealer advertising, this action covered over a dozen different Unfair and Deceptive Acts & Practices violations. Though, unlike previous cases, there were no initial monetary penalties, but this time it resulted in over $3 million in restitution for the dealer group involved.

Dealer webinars are provided by RVDA’s strategic partner KPA as part of the array of educational offerings available through the RV Learning Center.
