Laif Hanson Joins RVTI’s 2025 Board of Directors
The RV Technical Institute (RVTI)’s board of directors announced its newest member, Laif Hanson. He was approved on Monday, Aug. 25 by the RV Industry Association’s executive committee.

Hanson joins the board with an extensive professional work history in the RV service industry. He has spent over 28 years in the RV sector. He began his career as a service technician before advancing through RV leadership roles that shaped his passion for developing people, improving operations and enhancing customer experiences.
Over the course of his career, he has held positions including regional service director, national director of service and parts, and senior director of fixed operations. In these roles, he has led large-scale teams, implemented strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, and built strong partnerships with manufacturers and industry leaders.
In Hanson’s current position as Camping World’s vice president of fixed operations, he oversees national service, parts and body shop operations.
RVTI’s board of directors said it welcomes Hanson’s experience and looks forward to his contributions to the institute’s mission and future growth.
