LAMILUX reports that it has achieved top results in quality control and assurance from TÜV Süd. The independent certification service provider TÜV Süd has been certifying the application-specific laboratory tests at LAMILUX since 2014. LAMILUX ensures that its fiber-reinforced composites are optimally developed, tested, and produced for individual customer needs.
LAMILUX produces large volumes of composites on self-developed flat sheet production lines. To ensure quality in products, it continually performs extensive tests and inspections in its own laboratory to analyze and further develop fiber-reinforced composites on a permanent basis. These analyses include mechanical tests on properties such as tensile and flexural strength and chemical, climatic, and application-specific tests.
All in-house tests are application-specific tests designed especially for the LAMILUX customer’s product and based on the particular individual operating conditions. The Bavarian company provides solutions with maximum performance and maximum safety for its customers’ challenging applications.
