The RVDA has announced Lance Campers as an annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Quality Circle award recipient for all three of their product lines, including ultra-light travel trailers, truck campers, and toy haulers.
“This is our 16th year to have earned this prestigious distinction from our dealers, and we could not be more pleased,” said Jack Cole, president of Lance Campers. “We are very proud of our relationship with our dealer partners and work very hard to earn their continued business.”
The survey also asks how likely people are to recommend the brand to a friend (in a different market) to handle at their dealership. For that question, Lance earned a rating 35 percnet higher than industry average.
“We would like to thank all of our dealers for taking the time to complete this year’s DSI survey,” Gary Conley, national sales manager. “We were also recently granted Trailer Life Reader’s Choice Gold Award across all product lines, solidifying Lance’s No. 1 position both on the lot and in the driveway.”
The DSI Quality Circle Awards will be presented during the RVIA National RV Trade Show.
