Lazydays Holdings has completed its acquisition of Shorewood RV Center in Anoka, Minn. The purchase agreement was announced in May, and the deal closed on Tuesday, Aug. 7.
Located northwest of Minneapolis, the Shorewood RV Center acquisition marks Lazydays’ expansion into the Midwest region. With this latest addition, the company now operates six dealerships in four states: Florida, Arizona, Colorado and Minnesota.

Lazydays Minnesota offers a wide range of new and pre-owned motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers, as well as a service center, RV rentals and accessories & parts store.
