Lazydays made a pair of changes to its leadership team recently, naming Jeff Dillard the General Manager of its luxury coach owners’ group known as the Crown Club, and appointing Scott Caylor its new director of sales.
Both men are based at the company’s expansive, 126-acre Tampa headquarters.
“Jeff and Scott are exceptional sales leaders with an unwavering dedication to Lazydays’ success,” Lazydays Vice President and General Manager Ron Fleming said. “They’ve both played a pivotal role in Tampa’s growth and success. I am confident that Jeff and Scott will excel in their new positions and will help Lazydays achieve new milestones as we continue to grow the business in 2016 and beyond.”
In his new role as Lazydays’ Crown Club leader, Dillard will oversee all daily operations of sales, service, finance, inventory management and merchandising for class A diesel luxury RV’s.
He is a 20-year veteran of the RV industry with extensive leadership experience, having served as General Manager at Travel Country RV Center and Director of Sales for both Alliance Coach locations in Florida and Georgia.
Dillard’s promotion follows a successful stint as a Sales Manager at Lazydays Tampa, where he consistently demonstrated RV expertise and contributed to the dealership’s ongoing growth.
Caylor began his 11-year Lazydays career as a member of the sales team, and was subsequently promoted to Internet Manager before moving into sales management. In his most recent role as sales manager and towable division manager, he has proven to be an effective, versatile leader and has demonstrated the ability to take on multiple projects and complete them with efficiency and positive results.
Caylor will continue to manage a sales team as he transitions into his new role, in which he will oversee the day-to-day operations of Lazydays’ sales department.
