LCI announced that the role and responsibilities of the sales and product management position within the supplier’s awnings and laminated products division has been expanded into two different positions to better manage growth within that division.
Mason Ogle has been promoted to director of sales for awnings and laminated products where he will focus entirely on customer relations and product sales. This move will then allow LCI’s Scott McKinnon to spend more time focused on product management and product innovation.
“We’ve experienced nothing short of explosive growth within this division, and it’s helped us to realize the necessity of adapting the division’s management to stay ahead of the growth, and at the same time keep the same level of intensity and product focus that has fueled our growth to date,” stated Andy Murray, LCI’s VP of sales of RV products.
Ogle graduated from Purdue University in 2003 where he studied sales management and has since accrued more than 14 years of experience in sales and sales management. Before joining LCI in January, Ogle served as VP of sales for an Elkhart manufacturing company.
LCI’s awnings and laminated products division produces a wide variety of products for recreational vehicles and has developed several new products within the last year, such as the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power Awning, entry door Slim Shade package, and Keyed Alike key system.
