Lippert Components recently leased 40,000 square feet in the Interstate 84 Industrial Park in Nampa, Idaho, at 1428 Madison St.

The transaction was listed in a Thornton Oliver Keller report. Lippert officials could not be reached for comment on what the space will be used for or when it would be operational.
Lippert has dozens of plants across the U.S. and some in Europe, according to the company’s website. There are four plants operating in Idaho, three of which are in Nampa at 1323 11th Ave. N., 1908 Industrial Road and 944 N. Kings Road.
