Lippert Components has promoted Chad Novak to director of sales of commercial vehicles at LCI. In his new role, Novak will be responsible for oversight and leadership of the company’s sales team for commercial vehicles.
Novak has spent nearly 20 years as a sales professional and was previously a sales executive with HSM Solutions, a North Carolina-based manufacturer of components for the furniture, bedding, transportation, packaging, and healthcare industries. In this role, Novak led HSM’s transportation division.
“Chad is a proven business developer and leader,” said Andy Pocock, vice president of sales at LCI. “With his extensive background in sales and his strong industry relationships, Chad will continue to strengthen our sales process and team members within our commercial vehicles division.”
Novak began with working at LCI in 2018. He spent 12 months with the team members from LCI’s commercial vehicles division, developing relationships and integrating himself with the LCI culture and mission. During his first year with the company, Novak worked closely with the operations teams and helped support the integration of Hehr International. Formerly headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif., Hehr manufactures windows as well as tempered and laminated glass for the RV, transit, specialty vehicle, and other adjacent industries and operates out of five U.S. locations.
