LCI Promotes Past NFL Player to General Manager
Lippert Components recently promoted Braxston Cave from assistant general manager to general manager of LCI’s RV products division. The products division manufactures primarily specialty products such as awnings, laminated products, axles, doors, slide-outs, steps, and electric stabilizing and leveling systems for the RV industry.
In his new role as GM, Cave will focus his efforts on building and leading the more than 900 manufacturing team members within the division. In addition, Cave will work to enhance the team’s leadership development, new product releases, safety, automation, and continuous quality improvements.

The company’s Leadership Training Program was an excellent experience and helped prepare me to take on additional responsibilities and to effectively lead a solid team,” said Cave. “I’m supported by a great team, and together will we continue to innovate and move forward.”

Cave joined LCI’s Leadership Training Program in August 2016 where he prepared for an operational leadership role within the company. Cave is a 2012 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and was an All American on the University’s football team. After graduation, he spent three years in the NFL before beginning his career with LCI.
