Winnebago has announced that Forest City, Iowa-based Lichtsinn RV, located just a short distance from its headquarters, has earned the company’s Flying W Dealer Excellence award for 2021. This is the 28th consecutive year Lichtsinn RV was awarded Winnebago’s prestigious dealer excellence award, previously named the Circle of Excellence award.
“We are honored to once again receive this award from Winnebago Industries,” said Ron Lichtsinn, owner of Lichtsinn RV. “Each and every member of the Lichtsinn RV team strives to ensure our guests experience the best at Lichtsinn RV, and this award affirms our efforts.”
The 2021 Flying W award recognizes the top one-third of Winnebago dealer locations for superior owner satisfaction and service excellence during the program period of February 2020 to February 2021. Flying W recipients are selected based on customer satisfaction measured at RV delivery and after receiving warranty service.
