Clarience Technologies has acquired Pressure Systems International (PSI), a provider of automatic tire inflation systems for commercial truck trailers, as well as being the parent company of Truck System Technologies.
Both the PSI operations and Truck System Technologies operate in San Antonio, Texas. The company will operate as a distinct business unit of Clarience Technologies. Tim Musgrave, president and CEO of PSI, will continue leading the business in his current capacity.
