Lippert Components celebrated the production of its four millionth axle at Plant 45 in Goshen, Ind., on Tuesday (Nov. 8).

In a news release on Friday (Nov. 11), the company said its Axle Division celebrated the achievement with a catered lunch, and a special red, white and blue axle was built and signed by LCI employees to commemorate the milestone.

“We are very excited to be celebrating this milestone. Our team works unbelievably hard,” said Adam Clark, LCI’s general manger of Plant 45.

LCI has manufactured axles since 2005 and produces approximately 2,800 axles each day for a variety of towable applications including RVs, utility trailers, horse and livestock trailers and heavy equipment trailers.

“From premium black powder coat finishes to precise, robotic drill and camber points, waterproof electrical connections and ultrasonic testing, LCI’s axles are made with quality assurance and safety in mind,” the company said in the release.

Plant 45 production includes a full line of spring, torsion and heavy-duty axles, according to the release.
