Yan Cyr

Lippert Components recently hired Yan Cyr as regional sales manager for Eastern Canada. Based in Montreal, Quebec, Cyr will manage aftermarket sales throughout Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime Provinces.

A management graduate of Notre Dame College in Cleveland Ohio, Cyr played NCAA football where he demonstrated team play and leadership skills, the company said in a news release. When he returned to Canada, Cyr joined major shoe retailer Aldo Group and then transitioned to Polar Electro Oy as Key account coordinator and sale analyst in the sporting goods division.

“We’re excited to have Yan on board. The Canadian market has special needs which we feel can be supported only by having our own LCI Canadian presence in the field,” LCI Managing Director of Aftermarket Stephan Lussier said. “Yan has a passion for developing relationships and has a contagiously positive attitude.

“His sales experience in the sporting goods & consumer electronics distribution business and fluency in French and English will be valuable assets to our aftermarket sales initiatives. Cyr is aligned with the LCI core values and will be a tremendous asset to us as we continue to grow and support our Canadian stocking distributor network and RV dealers.”
