Lippert Makes Seven Sales Team Changes

Lippert Components has promoted or hired seven employees into new RV sales roles.

The seven members are Eddie Rackleff, Brian Hess, Jeff Cowan, Caleb Holdread, Jamie Reidy, Scott McKinnon and Bob Boone, who will fill various positions, targeting the company’s innovation and new product development, according to a news release.

“We are very pleased to announce we have strengthened our sales team structure to ensure we continue to provide the best customer support and products to the industries we serve,” LCI Vice President Sales, RV Products Andy Murray said. “In today’s fast-paced, constantly evolving markets, we believe it is more important than ever to raise the bar in our customer relationships and to laser focus on each product category to develop new and innovative solutions to best fit customer needs in each market.”

Among the moves, Rackleff, who has worked with Lippert Components since 2008, will lead sales for the company in the West Coast and Canada region, and Hess will become the director of sales for the company’s chassis division.

Cowan will take over as director and product manager of the company’s Body and RV Window division as Holdread steps in as the company’s product and sales manager for the RV Chassis Components division, and Reidy becomes the company’s product manager for awnings.

Laminated Product & Sales Manager McKinnon will manage several key RV accounts, develop the heavy truck In-Wall Slide-Out program and drive product strategy and innovation for entry, ramp and luggage doors.

Axle & Suspension Product & Sales Manager Boone will direct axle product and sales strategy in his new position.
