Lippert Named to Newsweek’s ‘America’s Most Responsible Companies’
LCI Industries, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lippert Components Inc., has been named by Newsweek as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies for 2024.
Lippert ranked at No. 221 in the list of 600 top companies. In the Automotive & Components category specifically, Lippert was No. 5 behind Lear Corporation, BorgWarner, Cummins and Cooper-Standard Holdings.
In 2018, Lippert launched its Everyone Matters initiative, refocusing its efforts on company culture, philanthropy and leadership. This has been the catalyst for Lippert becoming a driving force for change, the company said, summed up in the mantra, “Business as a Force for Good.” Since then, initiatives like Leadership Action Plans for every team member, Lippert Cares events, regular listening sessions, engagement surveys, health and well-being campaigns and more have been regular parts of Lippert’s culture.
“We are honored and humbled to be named among such a respectable and well-known group of companies,” said CEO Jason Lippert. “It’s a resounding affirmation that the effort we’ve put into our culture over the past several years is working. It’s adding real value to our people’s lives, and it’s turning heads in the broader corporate community.”
