Lippert Names Executive VP, Chief HR Officer, Sr. Legal Counsel
LCI Industries announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lippert, has promoted Eileen Pruitt to executive vice president, chief human resources officer and senior legal counsel, effective Jan. 1.
In this role, Pruitt will lead Lippert’s global human resources strategy and initiatives, reporting to Lippert President and CEO Jason Lippert. She will succeed Nick Fletcher, who will retire and leave the company on March 3.
“I would like to thank Nick for his leadership and outstanding contributions to the company over the past 10 years,” said Jason Lippert. “He has been instrumental to our success and to building the strong HR teams we have today. For the past three years, as part of our broader succession planning, Nick has been actively mentoring Eileen Pruitt to become his successor. Eileen’s experience and her demonstrated track record of leading with an enterprise first mindset, along with her integrity and candor, make her a great fit for this role. Eileen will work closely with me and the entire executive team to ensure we continue to build a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best team and that we hold ourselves and our teams accountable to our core values.”
Pruitt has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in people-related issues. Prior to joining Lippert four years ago, she practiced law and was promoted to partner at a national law firm where she was responsible for employment related litigation, investigations and client advising on related issues. Pruitt received her bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
