Lippert Names New Senior Director of Technical Institute

Lippert Components announced the promotion of Mike Bloss to senior director of Lippert’s Technical Institute.

Bloss, who previously served as director of educational services, began his Lippert career in 2012 as a customer service technical representative, working directly with OEMs, dealers and retail customers to diagnose and resolve product issues. That hands-on experience shaped his approach to leadership and training, grounding it in real-world service challenges. Over the course of his career at Lippert, he has built extensive experience across customer service, technical training, product development and support operations. He ultimately joined the Technical Institute, where he helped expand digital training, certification pathways and technical content designed to meet customers where they are.

“Mike’s career at Lippert reflects both deep technical expertise and a genuine passion for helping people,” said April Klein, senior vice president of customer support services. “As we look ahead, his leadership will play a key role in evolving how we train and support the industry. This promotion reflects our confidence in his ability to guide and empower our team members to turn insight, innovation and partnership into solutions that reduce service challenges and keep customers on the road.”

In his new role, Bloss will focus on strengthening cross-functional partnerships, evolving how technical content is delivered and accessed, and expanding training programs that help reduce service challenges across the RV industry. His work will also support broader initiatives aimed at improving service repair methods, reducing warranty claims, and broadening the strength of the industry’s service technicians.
