Lippert Components announced the promotion of Pamela VanderMel to vice president of warranty.
VanderMel brings over two decades of invaluable experience and dedication to her new role, Lippert said. Since beginning her journey with Lippert in 2002 as an inaugural member of the Lippert Customer Support Services Team, VanderMel has consistently demonstrated her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Throughout her tenure, VanderMel has held pivotal roles within the company, including customer service manager and general manager of Plant 39. As the director and later senior director of warranty, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives focused on product improvement, safety, OEM relations, vendor recovery and warranty administration.
In her new capacity, VanderMel will assume broader responsibilities, overseeing warranty operations across all product segments. Her role will encompass enhancing customer support services and strengthening interactions with customers at every level.

VanderMel’s dedication to excellence extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has also served as a board member of the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) and the Elkhart County Habitat for Humanity, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and philanthropy.
