In his new role, Doepker will be a member of the executive leadership team and oversee the information technology and information security divisions that will allow Lippert to realize its aggressive digital business strategy based on the implementation of new technologies and streamlined operational functions.

Doepker is an IT industry executive with more than 23 years of experience ranging from his initial role of blending manufacturing and technology to his most recent position as vice president of IT Operations for the global enterprise. He earned a Bachelor of Science at Central Michigan University and joined the LCI IT team in 1997 as the third IT employee, progressing over the years to vice president and now CIO.

Previously, Doepker oversaw the distinct areas of IT operations, information security, and the global LCI service desk, all of which will be consolidated under his watch.  He stated that he is looking forward to the challenge of continuing the digital transformation of Lippert and taking on additional responsibilities and executive functions as he steps into the position of his longtime colleague, Jamie Schnur, who was recently promoted to group president of aftermarket.

“For over 20 years, Vince has been an instrumental leader in building out our IT infrastructure,” said Schnur, speaking of Doepker’s promotion. “As LCI continues to leverage technology to grow at scale, Vince’s ability to drive tremendous value throughout our global environment will serve the company well. His leadership and expertise will accelerate our integration model for all of LCI and its subsidiaries.

In their spare time, Doepker and his wife of 14 years, Jenn, and their two children, Max, 11, and Annabelle, 5, are avid RVers. He said those adventures give him plenty of time to identify new opportunities to blend technology with the needs of the RV lifestyle. He and his family are currently planning a coast-to-coast RV trip for the summer of 2021.

“Vince’s loyalty and work ethic are second to none; he’s poured his heart and soul into this company and our teams over the last 23 years, and for that we are so thankful,” said Jason Lippert, LCI CEO. “We are all so proud and excited for Vince as he enters his new role as CIO of LCI.”
